Who we are
At Hazlet Bible Church our ambition is to glorify God by Exalting Christ, Building up His church, and Evangelizing His world in obedience to the Word of God by the power of His Spirit.
Our founders established our church with a focus on Christ, believing He is our only hope to find purpose and meaning for today and for the future.
Our heritage is Baptist and as such, we are convinced that God’s Word, the Bible, is our final source for truth and our greatest guide for living. In fact, in September of 2014, we changed our name to Hazlet Bible Church to reflect that belief.
God has given us a new vision to be a source of hope and grace for individuals as they wrestle with life’s questions and difficulties.
As God has blessed us, so we offer the resources we have for the benefit of our community as we walk life’s road together.
We believe that each person is valuable to God and loved by Him. We are know that each person has God-given gifts, talents, and abilities that allow each one to serve Him and others. As individuals allow God to work through him or her, that person will experience a purpose & excitement for life
Jesus commanded us in the “Great Commission” to “Go and make disciples of all nations…” As a “Great Commission” church, we are committed to disciple-making in every aspect of church life so that individuals may develop personally and serve others at the same time.
No two people are alike, nor do people learn and mature at the same rate. Therefore, a variety of ministries and entry points are important to meet the needs of our church and community. It is our desire to provide an environment friendly to people, no matter what their level of spiritual interest or understanding.

For those who want to find out more about God & His Word and “dig deeper” into what it contains, we would like to offer to you both formal and interactive opportunities for Biblical learning.
Come & Serve
For those who know Jesus personally and desire to live out their faith by serving others, we offer training and opportunities to put your faith into action.
As we “go and make disciples,” we reveal Christ and restore people to God through His Church. By exercising our gifts, talents, and abilities we can offer ministries to meet people at whatever level or interest they find themselves in order to bring all things in heaven and on earth together under one head, Jesus Christ.
